Community Asset Building and Development Action (CABDA) conducted a Quarterly Stakeholder Review Meeting in Bunyala West bringing together key stakeholders to reflect on project progress, achievements, challenges and priorities for the next quarter.

The meeting brought together Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) representatives, HES mobilizers, Spring Chairs, representatives from the Ministries of Education, Water, Environment, and Health, County and National Government administrators, as well as Muslim representatives. Their collective participation provided an opportunity to review project performance, share experiences and strengthen coordination towards achieving shared community goals.

Present during the meeting were representatives from CABDA’s Board of Directors and the Executive Director who came in as part of their routine field monitoring visits. They appreciated and recognized the commitment, collaboration, and partnership demonstrated by stakeholders in supporting successful implementation of the project and creating meaningful impact within the community.

Through open dialogue and reflection, stakeholders shared key achievements, implementation challenges, lessons learned and priorities for the coming quarter. The discussions provided valuable feedback and recommendations that will guide continuous improvement, strengthen accountability and enhance effective service delivery.
